After completing the main level of this West Loop residence, BLD was brought back to renovate the client’s second floor living spaces: primary suite, guest suite, and home gym.

The result is a cohesive, elevated retreat that feels timeless, personal, and thoughtfully designed—reflecting BLD’s expertise in Chicago interior design, luxury residential renovations, and highly curated, texture-driven living spaces.

Rooted in our livable luxury DNA, the design features soft neutral base tones layered with rich texture, sculptural lighting, and custom millwork. The client’s signature plum accents are balanced with dark contrasting wood tones, bronze metals, and organic materials for depth and refinement.
